“Where can I even begin? Our stay at the Snug was beyond perfect! Every detail of this house was amazing! For our family of seven, we are all super active and never ran out of things to do. From river diving, kayaking and hot tub relaxing, this was by far one of our most favorite vacations ever. All the amenities that came with this house served us so well, and it could not have been cleaner. The beauty of this area is indescribable. We were camping without the tents! Thank you to our incredibly helpful and gracious hosts. We could not have asked for more!”

“The home is wonderful. Bedrooms on 3 floors, makes it quiet no matter what others are up to. We had a baby, two dogs, and an elderly couple. Everyone could sleep without being disturbed. My father and I could gather in the kitchen and living room for early sunrise and coffee and not disturb the rest of the family. My wife cooked a huge Thanksgiving dinner, plenty of kitchen space. Perfect home for a family gathering!”

“We loved our stay at the summit house. The house was beautiful and furnished as if for personal use—with warmth and attention to detail. The linen sheets felt very luxurious as did the awesome master suite with wrap around windows where you could watch sunrise over the mountains from the bed. The house was large enough for a big group but still super cozy. We loved every minute of it.”

“My group had an amazing time at Frank’s home. It was beautifully decorated and felt so cozy, especially because we were stuck inside most of the time due to some intense rain. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire under the covered awning and spent so much time in the massive, modern kitchen. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. We loved how close it was to town but remote enough that it felt like we were the only people in the world. Highly recommend!”

“The cabin is beautiful and very well equipped, inside and out. Just an hour away from our home, but felt a world away. Beautiful views and easy access to lots of outdoor activities. Pet friendly too, which is not always the case for nicer properties. Definitely plan to return and check out the other Rolling River Farm properties.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit this past weekend. The house is very comfortable, beautifully furnished, a well equipped kitchen, great outdoor places to lounge for reading and playing games, loved the picnic tables for meals, the outside shower, hot tub and easy walks down to the river. We all were relaxed so much we skipped the idea of hiking and stayed at the house. Great place!”
