This stunning home, built in 2016, has the unique ability to transform you the second you walk in the door. When you walk through the foyer into the rest of the living space, you are immediately put at ease; prodded to take a deep breath and relax. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all equipped with large windows and glass doors that draw your eyes out to the mountain views and the lush farmland that graciously meets the edge of the yard. The fireplace, with sandstone surround, adds warmth and comfort to the living room.
The top floor bedroom suite boasts a private sitting room, a beautiful sandstone topped bathtub, a tile shower, a window seat and a private deck, each space with the same beautiful views to the farmland and mountains. Down below, the gracious main floor suite, with another king bed and large custom made shower, is another irresistible room you’ll want to wake up in.
The welcoming and large porch wraps around the house to a lovely and spacious deck around the back of the house. With it’s luxurious and ample furnishings, it’s an outdoor space you won’t be able to resist in the warmer months.
The house sits at the end of a quiet and private cul de sac street on 1 private acre. Located just across the road from Christendom College, it is a great place to stay for graduations or when visiting students. We can provide access to the river from here as well, about 1 mile away. It is also very easy access to get to town and you can be on main street in under 10 minutes.
*The basement, available separately, offers another sleeping quarters, an extra bathroom, a ping-pong table, a media room and an extra kitchenette. It’s a wonderfully generous and light basement with huge windows and views from every living space. It also has a large covered patio to easily enjoy the outdoors.
